Use Insurance Benefits for Your Massage

Insurance: Can I use it to pay for massage therapy?

Yes, your medical insurance may very well cover the costs of massage therapy.  Call us with your insurance information and we will do the leg-work for you! In order to use your insurance benefits, you will need a prescription from your doctor. Although some insurances do not require you to have a prescription, we must have it to bill your visit!

Attention Premera Clients!

As of July 1, 2016, Premera is requiring Pre-Authorization on many plans, affecting rehabilitation codes. At our office, this affects your massage therapy benefits. If Premera limits your visits, subsequent visits will by subject to our “time of service” rate of $70.00.

We are currently credentialed with companies such as:

Auto Insurance

Uniform Medical Plan of WA

WA L&I……and many more!

Call us today!  We will contact your insurance company to verify benefits.
